Job Summary:

As a Senior Software Engineer at Cribl, you will work closely with Product, Operations, and other business functions while collaborating with your team to deliver end-to-end features and functionality for Cribl Lake. You will leverage your experience and expertise to contribute significantly to the team's success and help build towards the best outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to tackle product-related challenges and requirements, playing a key role in the design, implementation, and rollout of new features.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of Cribl Lake, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product roadmaps and objectives. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Identify and address technical debt, ensuring the long-term health of the codebase. Contribute to the development of best practices and engineering standards within the team. Optimize and extend the capabilities of Cribl Lake, leveraging your expertise in distributed systems and cloud technologies

Qualifications:

Experience mentoring junior engineers. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as BitBucket, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc. Experience implementing various cloud design patterns. Knowledge of serverless / lambda-based implementations. Willingness to share ideas and contribute to team discussions. Appreciation for humor and a love for goats.
