Our Human Resource Coordinator is a key role that supports our Western Pest Services and Waltham Pest Services brands. You will work closely with all members of the Human Resources team to develop a full understanding of their business and needs. This position is responsible, but not limited to, being a point of contact for employees regarding questions relating to Human Resources (HR) policies, programs, and practices. This position will also assist with resolving issues, as well as take a lead role with data auditing and integrity. Primary Scope of Responsibilities:
Assist employees to resolve issues regarding benefits, compensation, retirement plans, and some employee relations by providing needed information or escalating concerns in accordance with defined processes. Maintain appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge in order to assist employees. Serve as the subject matter expert for MyRollins, our integrated Human Resources and Payroll system. This role will focus on the core human resources and learning management system (LMS) capabilities. This role will also be responsible for ensuring data accuracy in the system. Assist manager and employees with MyRollins self-service questions as needed. Process all new hires in MyRollins and assist with new employee onboarding as needed. Conduct exit interviews and analyze exit survey data to identify trends for business leaders to take appropriate action. Supports administrative meetings and training sessions as needed. Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports as needed. Calculate and process monthly sales commissions. Lead the process to pay monthly dues to all three unions. Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Process requests to transfer employees among brands. Provide meeting, training, and event support. Schedule and organize facilities support. Coordinate travel as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding listening skills with ability to navigate and consult with employees through personal and sometimes difficult circumstances. Ability to diagnose a problem and lead correction efforts through effective communication and efficient execution. Drives results and is solutions oriented. Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills. Places high priority on data integrity and security, confidentiality. Work effectively in a team environment Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs. Salary Range:
