Participates in the development, implementation, maintenance and coordination of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and processes for more complex short- and long-term projects; determines project scope in consultation with Human Resources and other staff; uses advanced knowledge and skills to identify opportunities to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality and work flow, and to maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes and to improve data management and efficiency; creates new or revises existing reporting methods as needed to ensure compliance with reporting regulations; supports departmental and organization staff on Human Resources systems and processes. Maintains existing and develops future HCM configurations in the Human Resources Information System. Salary range is $90,931 to $114,940. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience 1. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in Human Resource Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related ERP report writer tools; or 2. Associate's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in Human Resource Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related ERP report writer tools; or 3. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related ERP report writer tools.
