Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs, recommending suitable loan products, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all required documents are collected and processed in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and processors, to ensure loans are processed efficiently and accurately. Maintain a thorough understanding of current mortgage products, guidelines, and regulations. This includes staying up-to-date with industry changes and ensuring all loan origination activities comply with regulatory requirements. Analyze customers' financial situations to provide tailored loan solutions. Advise customers on the appropriate loan products based on their financial circumstances and goals. Excel in a fast-paced environment by effectively multitasking and managing multiple customer files daily. This includes locking loans at the point of sale, requesting initial documents from customers, and submitting initial loan packages to processing staff.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 2 + years' full-time loan origination experience is preferred. Established self sourced referral sources in local market. Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and be a top producer. Ability to follow detailed instructions to complete the onboarding process for new clients. Knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
