Our holistic dental practice, specializing in adult patient care, is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. What We're Looking For:
Experience:
At least 5 years as a Dental Assistant. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Dental Assistant.
Skills :
Proficient in packing cord, making temporaries, taking FMX, and ordering supplies. Experience assisting with large full-mouth restoration cases is highly preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Professionalism :
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support the dental assisting team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Assist the dentist during procedures, including restorative and full-mouth reconstruction cases. Manage supply inventory and ordering to maintain proper stock levels. Ensure patients are comfortable and well-informed throughout their visits. Provide training and mentorship to dental assistants as needed.

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
