Summary of Position:
The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting all property management software used in the company. The Operations Support Specialist will configure, troubleshoot, update, test, and enhance the software tools necessary to effectively support the property and financial management aspects of the portfolios. Additionally, this role will assist with ongoing training, coaching, and supporting internal system users and may assist in the implementation and support of other software applications used within the organization.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide primary day-to-day end user support for property management software programs, including OneSite, Ops Technology, Online Leasing, and Funnel. Perform functions such as ledger corrections, testing new releases and functionality, identify system related issues or outages and communicate resolutions swiftly to minimize disruptions for onsite teams. Assist with software implementations and training including live presentations, one on one sessions, webinars, and telephone support. Support month end processes and reporting needs. Ability to work 9 am to 6 pm Pacific Time Work with external vendors and business partners to identify and resolve integration issues. Maintain and update user documentation, policies, procedures, and training materials related to system processes. Track all user issues and resolution in helpdesk software. Complete system audits. Assist with virtual Q&A sessions for software and internal process training. Assist with due diligence tasks, special projects, and process improvement initiatives.
General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from $63,000 to $65,000 annualized, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations. t. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company's sole discretion. This position will be eligible for company benefits in accordance with Company policy. Education and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of experience in supporting RealPage property management software programs. Strong working knowledge of RealPage software products and other computer applications and software relevant to property management. Knowledge and experience in apartment community operations sufficient to understand processes, procedures and daily workflow relative to the use of computer applications and property management systems. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to provide support at varying levels of knowledge. Ability to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly and adapt processes and techniques to meet business needs. Strong organizational, planning, time management, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment. Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members to meet and exceed goals. Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer service, fostering client satisfaction, and building relationships.
Additional Requirements:
Periodic travel within and outside of assigned geographic area to assist with community openings, business meetings, or other events and situations as necessary. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Operations Support Specialist to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
