This job opportunity will be a full-time position and pay will be determined based on the candidate's experience. Hiring immediately. Candidate must have 1 year of electrical experience in the solar industry. Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years. Must have a minimum of 1-year experience installing solar panels on residential roofs. Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years. Must have experience installing ground mount solar arrays (residential or commercial). Ideal candidate has worked on pitched and flat commercial projects. Aware of best practices for pitched roof attachment installations, module carrying/mounting procedures, and wire management. Must be able to read solar layouts and properly install panels to the roof array. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to diagnose an existing solar system that is having electrical or production issues, and be able to fix the issue. Have the ability to list out materials needed for jobs and help maintain inventory to prepare for upcoming jobs. Must have system knowledge with Enphase, SolarEdge, and SMA systems. Traveling to jobs sites and running a daily report on each job while abiding by company policy. Candidate must have references available upon request. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have a positive and outgoing attitude. If qualifications are met and the candidate has accepted the position and responsibilities, the candidate should be prepared to start the position within one week of being hired. Our main office is located in West Columbia, SC.
