SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Human Resources Recruiter's job entails providing a comprehensive administrative support to day-to-day operations of human resources, ensuring the efficient process of recruiting for all of our open positions. Our ideal candidate will have strong sourcing ability and be a creative, sales savvy, team-oriented Recruiter with current /recent recruiting experience in a medium to large health care organization. This role will involve placing clinical professionals as well as Management and Administrative Support positions into staffing roles.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Bachelors (preferred) Recruiting for health care organization experience 1 year ( highly preferred) Experience recruiting for Social Workers, MD's, Nurse Practitioners, RN's, IT, Clerical staff and more (highly preferred)
  • Experience interviewing and making job offers for all level positions (preferred) Experience using various recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed Experience managing high volumes of candidates at same time Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word) Experience with independent recruiting companies is a plus You are someone that has and able to: Excellent communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment (organizational skills a must) - able to balance attention to detail and swift execution Self-motivated and self-managed Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times Knowledge of Employment Laws or the willingness to learn Highly motivated team player and a self-starter Exceptional customer service skills Professional and approachable demeanor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches. Creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role. Collaborating closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure hiring needs and goals are met. Driving offer process - including obtaining a referral, extending offers, negotiations, and closing candidates. Building strong, relationships with senior leaders and critical stakeholders, operating as a trusted advisor and business partner. Leading and assisting with Talent Acquisition-related special projects.
Position Specialization:
Recruit for specialized roles.
Candidate Sourcing:
Leverage job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and clear communication as well as ability to explain all company benefits being offered for each position.
Reporting & Metrics:
Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness. Other tasks as assigned.
