Job Summary The Customer Migration Support Specialist takes lead on specific customer change requests that are part of a larger migration effort. As a Customer Migration Support Specialist, you will input and monitor incoming change requests, coordinate with, and support, other internal teams to meet common objectives, provide the proper follow up, and assess the impact of a given change to our customers. The key role of the Customer Migration Support Specialist is to drive the customer migrations through to completion, while adhering to deadlines and keeping a positive customer experience throughout the process. Duties and Responsibilities Identify and prioritize migration change requests Submit and review change requests for accuracy Provide follow up to completion of each individual customer's journey Inform applicable parties of the change request, time frame, and dates of initiation. Execute escalations to leadership as neededEducation:
High school diploma or equivalentExperience:
Telecommunication and/or Customer Tech Support experience preferred Expert level MS Excel skillsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic understanding of the telecommunication install and implementation process Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Strong organizations skills with the ability to manage large workloads Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Critical Thinking Skills Incident Management Care & Control skills Strong communication skills (Customer Tech Support background is a plus) Ability to analyze, interpret, and translate information located in method of procedures documentation Microsoft Office and Google skillsJob Type:
