Position Summary:
Appointment Setter at Bella's Painting The Appointment Setter plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and efficiently managing our office communications. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls, converting leads into appointments, and filling the sales team's calendars. This position requires quick response times—aiming to respond to inquiries within 2-5 minutes—as well as proactive engagement during downtime to maximize outreach efforts. You will utilize our CRM system to schedule appointments, document conversations, and manage lead conversions, with a target goal of converting 70-80% of leads into scheduled appointments. Objectives Answer all inbound calls and inquiries promptly and professionally Convert incoming leads into appointments Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with the sales team's schedule Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions within our CRM system. Promote Bella's Painting products and services to new and existing clients Foster a friendly atmosphere for client interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience. Competencies Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients quickly. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively. Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address client needs. Ability to work Monday -Friday:
8:00am to 7:00pm,Sat/Sunday:
9am to 5pm (Weekend is remote / answering and setting inbound inquiries to appointments) Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required; experience in a reception or customer service role preferred. Proven experience in a sales support or appointment setting environment is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling software.
