 Olean. The Pines Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. LPN. Full-time 2nd Shift $27.60/hr. -Must possess a valid license and current registration to practice as an LPN in NYS. Every other weekend, 2-4 days per week, overtime (OT) over 8hrs/day and over 40 hrs/week. Paid time off (PTO time) earned based on hours worked. Telehealth available 24/7. Time and a half for some major holidays.
