Technical Proposal Solutions Architect Summary : As the Technical Proposal Solutions Architect for ExpediteInfoTech, Inc. (EIT), you will lead overall technical solutions for RFIs, RFPs, RFXs, SSNs, including for IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs, Task Order contracts and technical marketing material including white papers. Providing technical strategies, solutions, and forward-looking advisory services are just a few of the exciting responsibilities of this position. The successful candidate will possess a broad base of core technical knowledge and expertise in multiple technology disciplines, in addition to demonstrated experience authoring technical volumes of Federal proposals for IT services. This is a Hybrid role (remote and onsite) based out of Rockville, MD. Candidates must be within a reasonable driving distance of Rockville, MD, and Washington, D.C., to attend in-person meetings with the EIT team and sometimes prospects and clients. We are seeking a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident who can work on our W2 as a full-time employee (salary + benefits). No 3rd party Corp-to-Corp inquiries will be entertained.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the company's lead technical solutions SME, providing vision and leadership in defining, executing, and advancing comprehensive and coherent technology strategies and solutions. Lead overall technical solutions, build strategy, and author technical responses to various federal, state, local, and commercial bids, such as Sources Sought, Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Proposals (RFP) for Definitive Value contracts, Task orders, IDIQs, BPAs, and GWAC opportunities. Work with the business development team to identify trends and emerging technologies, build white papers, and outline implementation strategies. Understand the customer's business strategy and articulate how our company can enable and deliver value to their organization in the current and future technology landscape. Articulate solutions via diagrams. Create and communicate high-level architecture and strategies to audiences, including C-level executives. Read, understand, and use the company s past performance information while writing the technical solutions for the bids. Attend client project meetings and serve as a resource for corporate reach-back support for existing and potential customers as needed. Take the customer challenges as input and provide solutions for the bids.

Required:

United States Citizenship or Permanent Residence. Located within a commutable distance of Rockville, MD, and Washington, D.C., in order to attend in-person meetings with the EIT team, prospects, clients, etc. as needed. 15+ years of professional experience in Information Technology, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience providing technical solutions to the US Federal Government. Extensive experience architecting technical solutions for large-scale proposals in the Federal sector. Experience in writing technical solutions for Digital Transformation initiatives in at least two of the following areas:

Cloud Technologies:

Experience understanding the differences between cloud-based and on-premises hosting environments and writing solutions for multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Emerging Technologies:

Experience writing technical solutions in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML). Experience writing solutions for Gen AI, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of custom Generative AI tools. Experience with technologies and frameworks that are commonly leveraged in the development of Generative AI solutions. Experience with technologies and frameworks is commonly leveraged in developing Generative AI solutions. Experience with best practices to secure and protect data privacy in Generative AI services. Experience writing Generative AI solutions to scale to handle increasing data volumes and a growing user base.

Cybersecurity:

Experience writing technical solutions in Cybersecurity, Application security, Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), Authority to Operate (ATO), and Penetration Testing.

Agile Software Development:

Experience writing technical solutions in for DevOps/DevSecOps and Microsoft Technology stack (such as .NET, Java, SharePoint Online, and Power platform). No code - low code solutions ( such as Appian, Pega, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)

Salesforce and ServiceNow:

Experience writing technical solutions in Salesforce and/or ServiceNow.

Data Analytics:

Expertise in writing technical solutions in Data Management, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization tools. Strong interpersonal skills, mentally adaptable, and flexible when dealing with people at various corporate leadership, proposal team, and project management levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience creating PowerPoint presentations, leading oral presentations, and technical proposal solutions. Willingness to jump in and roll up sleeves alongside colleagues and partners to get things done faster and better. Be able to communicate professionally. Must follow and understand instructions and react professionally in all work situations. Must have strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and be able to work independently.

Must Have:

Ability to easily shift focus from proposal to proposal to meet changing deadlines. Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Ability to track assigned tasks and get back to the management team with schedules and priorities. Ability to collaborate effectively with management.
