The Stakeholder Manager will partner with Denver International Airport (DEN) stakeholders regarding the design and construction activities of the Special Projects Team including the Great Hall Program and baggage handling system improvements. The Stakeholder Manager will report to the Director of Stakeholder Communications.
What You'll Do:
Reviews submittals for conformance to plans and specifications. Develops strategies with the contractor to create submittal packages that conform to schedule requirements. Provides direction to staff in the maintenance and distribution of current contract plans and specifications. Coordinates efforts of assigned design team to ensure completeness and accuracy of design effort. Monitors activities of assigned staff for conformance with HNTB's contractual requirements. Coordinates with surveying, testing and inspection staff. Serves as technical liaison with client on project efforts. Provides cost control on projects and quality control within discipline. Reviews drawings, specifications and installation of constructability. May recommend changes to design. Analyzes more complex construction/design problems requiring the development of new or improved techniques or procedures and consults with design engineering personnel. Reads and interprets contract documents (plans, specs, shop drawings). Collects data to brief client on project issues and provides possible resolutions. Prepares summary inspection reports of daily activities. Confirms merit of change order requests. Develops estimates, negotiates costs and writes change orders. Confirms contractor's maintenance of record drawings prior to monthly progress payment to the contractor. Performs other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent 7 years related experience Revit skills Proforma and/or MS Project
What We Prefer:
Duties Build and manage positive working relationships with key stakeholder including airlines, TSA, concessionaires, DEN Maintenance, DEN Operations and other affected stakeholder Work with affected stakeholders to gather feedback on design and construction activities and formalize stakeholder approval through a documented process Develop agendas, presentations and meeting minutes to help facility stakeholder engagement and document change requests and final design Work with the affected stakeholders to determine key issues and mitigation measures in order to minimize impacts to airport operations while also supporting the construction budget and schedule Support the development and successful implementation of communications and stakeholder engagement plans, including detailed tactical delivery plans Partner with the design and construction teams to develop solutions and address concerns of affected stakeholders Ensure accurate audit trail maintained of all stakeholder engagement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, project management or other similar field At least three years of experience in stakeholder communications and engagement Excellent verbal and written communications skills Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships in a highly engaging manner Proven ability to work under tight deadlines Dynamic and detailed-oriented Self-starter with problem solving skills

Locations:
Denver, CO (Arch DIA Program Mgmt Ofc) . . . . The approximate pay range for Colorado is $107,106.02 - $167,524.81. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state. . . .
