Accounts Payable Clerk 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 1511 Savannah Highway, Charleston, SC 29407 This position requires a self motivated individual with a high level of organizational skills, an eye for detail, knowledge of accounting, the ability to multitask and deal effectively with customers and dealership personnel, be a team player and very dependable. This job specifically requires a detail oriented personality with problem solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Reconciles statements.
• Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks.
• Answers all vendor inquires.
• Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Strong Computer Skills (Internet, MS Office) Experience in ADP a Plus!
• 1 year experience required.

Working Conditions:

• Will work in an office setting and may be required to move throughout the dealership.

May be required to work weekends, evenings and holidays at the direction of the accounting manager.
