  • We'll count on your coordination skills to manage up to three simultaneous installation projects
  • Your communication expertise will be vital in keeping leadership updated on all job statuses
  • We'll leverage your industry experience to assist with estimates and customer follow-up
  • Your problem-solving abilities will be essential in addressing job site concerns effectively
  • We'll rely on your safety consciousness to ensure proper procedures are followed and documented and that necessary training is completed and up-to-date
  • Your analytical skills will be crucial in reviewing job costing and ensuring proper pricing

  • 3+ years of landscape or construction industry experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple crews simultaneously
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (Spanish a plus)
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Proficiency with technology and software (CRM experience a plus)
  • Ability to pass background check
