Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality in all work performed. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to detect malfunctions and determine necessary repairs. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's condition and recommended services. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and development. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment such as Calypso and Vision inspection systems. Familiarity with AutoCAD for technical drawings related to automotive systems is a plus. Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) principles. Experience with hydraulics systems is advantageous. Ability to operate CNC machinery is a plus for advanced repair tasks. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to detect issues quickly and accurately. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with clients at all times. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are preferred but not mandatory.
