The Loan Support Specialist position is included in a workplace model that allows for a combination of in-office and remote work. As a Loan Support Specialist, essential responsibilities include: Analyze customer disputes and respond within timelines established by processes and regulations. Process accurately the daily functions of all loan file records from maintenance, payment, or payoff duties. Verification of reports from the servicing system to ensure accuracy. Research and make adjustments as warranted to confirm integrity of data. Perform any and all research necessary to effectively resolve outstanding issues and process needed corrections. Process transactions as requested by Asset Management Department; charge offs, non-accruals, risk ratings, other assets. Reconcile bank controlled accounts and associated general ledgers. Receives incoming calls and works to resolve inquiries or problems or escalate to the appropriate associate. Skills Needed Strong organizational and attention to detail skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to resolve problems and issues for customers. Basic Microsoft Office skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel.
