Job Summary:
The Audio Visual Installation Technician handles tasks such as pre-wiring,installing audio/video/security systems, setting up networks, andpicking up materials. Work may involve ladders, scaffolding, and tightspaces, requiring bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 25lbs occasionally over 50 lbs. Provide value to customers with difficult issues through use of goodlistening, communication, and problem solving skillsPerform all work in a neat and quality mannerTravel to job sites anywhere in the state of Colorado, may also be requiredto travel outside of ColoradoMinimum RequirementsTech 1: Must be able to work on ladders and use power tools; ability tolift/carry/setup a 50 pound box or ladderMust own low voltage tools (snips, strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches)Able to work 2nd/3rd shift, overtime, and under pressure.

Must pass a 7-year background check, drug screen, and physical.

Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insuranceCommercial construction experience preferredTech 2: all above requirements plus a minimum 1 year of commercial audiovisual installation experience:

Able to install camera's, TV's, speakers and other AV equipmentproficiently with limited supervision.

Can perform all cable pulling, suspension, fireproofing, terminating,and testing in accordance with BICSI standards, National Electrical Code(NEC) and other local regulations with minimal supervisionTech 3: all above requirements plus a minimum of 2 years of commercial audiovisual installation experience:

Able to install camera's, TV's, speakers and other AV equipmentproficiently with no supervision.

Can perform all cable pulling, suspension, fireproofing, terminating,and testing in accordance with BICSI standards, National Electrical Code(NEC) and other local regulations with no supervisionProfessional working proficiency in EnglishPreferred Experience (not required)BICSI Technician or Installation CertificationPowder Actuated Tools CertificationConfined Space CertificationCPR and First Aid certifiedManufacturers certifications for
