What You'll Be Doing:

Talent Matchmaker Recruit top-tier property management professionals for both our on-site and corporate teams. Sourcing Pro Dive deep into job boards, networking groups, and passive talent pools to build a pipeline of A-players. Road Warrior Travel to key markets and career fairs to attract top talent in person. Candidate Experience Champion Ensure every applicant has a smooth, professional, and positive hiring experience. Offer Negotiator Present competitive offers, ensuring we land the best talent while meeting company hiring goals. Hiring Managers Right Hand Partner with property leaders and corporate executives to understand their hiring needs and deliver top candidates.

Experience with high-volume recruiting , sourcing passive candidates, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 30 days of employment as of the holiday date. Required Skills and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes Willingness and desire to cold call candidates as needed to fill open positions Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and maintains confidentiality Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and Experience Bachelors degree is required, and a minimum of three years of experience as a recruiter either in a corporate or agency setting; significant experience in passive recruiting is preferred Experience with applicant tracking and onboarding systems a plus English/Spanish verbal and written skills highly desired Demonstrated experience in supporting C-suite clients Ability to schedule travel, calendars, and meetings; skilled in preparing a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws, regulations, and agency rules about recruitment and selection; current human resources certification preferred Understanding of the commercial real estate industry multifamily sector is preferred but not required Physical Requirements Expected work hours: 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends
