- installs necessary software; VPN set ups on existing laptops and new ones moving forward; Act as help desk agent for systems issues; Analyze and evaluate computer, phone, printers, scanners, and or other network issues; will work with local and remote users to solve application and or connectivity issues; Assist with new user set-ups in Prism EMR and assisting with terms, moves, and edits of users in EMR; EMR password management; Provide hardware/software technical support; this includes investigating problems with equipment and applications as they occur and identify resolutions; this also includes cable management in Elkin locations; Set-up and take-down training room configuration for training and/or conferences; Conference Rooms issues related to IT; VariDesk management•including moves and setup; Past, present, and future inventory controls to all technology equipment.
Education and Qualifications:
High School Education Required Associates Degree or higher; concentration in Technology discipline(s). Experience with setup, repair, and maintaining networks; knowledge and experience with remote work environments; VoIP phone management systems Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to handle fast paced environment and multi task Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access Good communication skills, both verbal and written Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401K, Company Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, Education Assistance Program, Community Involvement, Employee Engagement Opportunities.Hours Full-time:
