Responsibilities:

Effectively diagnose, maintain, and repair

BMW/MINI

vehicles to meet manufacturer standards. Utilize ISTA, ISTA-P, TIS, and Autologic diagnostic tools. Efficiently complete repair orders while maintaining attention to detail. Work independently and/or collaboratively with other technicians to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Practice consistent punctuality and reliable attendance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols. Communicate repairs and diagnostics well through verbal and written form.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent BMW factory certification or similar comparable credential Minimum 2 years of experience in a BMW dealership or independent repair shop Proficiency with ISTA, ISTA-P, TIS, and Autologic diagnostic software Valid C-class driver's license with a clean driving record Must be authorized to work in the

USA Desirables:

Experience and/or interest in working on older, classic BMW models ASE certification in Engine Repair (A1), Automotive Transmission/Transaxle (A2), Manual Drive Train & Axles (A3), Suspension & Steering (A4), Brakes (A5), Electrical/Electronic Systems (A6), Heating & Air Conditioning (A7), Engine Performance (A8), and Light Vehicle Diesel Engines (A9) Additional certifications or training in advanced BMW technologies Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges effectively Desire to learn and improve as a BMW technician and automotive professional

Probation Period:

The position includes a 90-day probationary period to assess performance and mutual fit. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, we will evaluate your performance and consider offering a permanent position with a benefits package. Salary is dependent on experience, skills, and certification. Business hours are Monday - Thursday (8 am - 5 pm).
