Monday - Friday, 7:30am-5pm + Occasional Saturdays Are you an experienced Truck Mechanic looking for an exciting new job opportunity? If so, this position is for you!! A local manufacturer is looking for a Truck Mechanic to become a part of their successful team! The Truck Mechanic, under general supervision, conducts preventative maintenance, repairs, and performs fleet and safety inspections on motorized vehicles, small engines, and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:

Performs repairs on company owned vehicles and equipment, to include brakes, engines, electrical systems, transmissions, hydraulics, etc. Diagnose failures of equipment, disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as needed. Complete preventative maintenance requirements such as changing oil, checking batteries, inspecting brake systems, etc. Assist with required testing, certification and documentation on all equipment. Ship Supervisor Requirements:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Diesel Mechanic Associates Degree preferred. Minimum 2 years job-related experience, 1 year experience operating tractor trailer hauling liquid. Must possess valid CDL-A with tanker endorsement. Must provide own tools.
