The Mfg Technician & Equipment Specialist (Xoft) performs a range of medical device assembly and processing tasks as part of the production team and is responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and repairing manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities
- Process X-ray sources through high vacuum systems (E&S
- Exhaust & Seasoning).
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

supportive, encouraging, cooperative Knowledge or experience in medical product treatment standards (e.g., FDA 510k, ISO 13485 guidelines). Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is advantageous. Knowledgeable in maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting equipment, particularly ovens and gas systems. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual preventative maintenance on equipment, including clean room flow hoods, high-temperature furnaces, equipment temperature controllers, and calibrations. Resourceful in ordering parts, working with vendors, and daily problem-solving. Ability to maintain detailed records following good documentation practices.
