Responsibilities:
Cultivate a potential customer base and promote our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business. Provide expert, friendly, and professional customer service when onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This includes booking appointments, responding to inquiries, and confirming insurance eligibility. Determine new client insurance requirements, insurance risks, goals, current coverage, and financial status by scheduling meetings with new customers, ensuring a tailored experience. Assist existing policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims to ensure proper coverage. Manage both electronic and paper records and maintain up-to-date contracting paperwork. Implement follow-ups in line with Adriana's Insurance follow-up system using our CRM platform.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Active Life insurance license (Health license is a plus). Previous experience in life insurance. Prior customer service experience or a sales representative role is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
