In this role you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions.

Some responsibilities may include:

+ Recruiting - Phone screens, interviewing, job offers + Maintaining personnel files + Assists with new hire training and orientation + Participates in job fairs + Various HR/Administrative duties + District Manager Support

• Qualifications:

• + Must be 18 years of age + Must have reliable means of communication & transportation + Must have the legal right to work in the USA + Must have the ability to read, speak and write English + Must have a High School Diploma or G.

E.D + Knowledge of HRIS systems, Smartsheet, and Outlook a plus + Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug and background + Must have a minimum of 2 years high volume, full-cycle recruitment experience + Must have advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience + Must be reliable See a different world.
