Direct Hire Schedule:

Monday - Friday, must be flexible for 8 hours and 12 hour rotating shifts, including nights. ProRecruiters is seeking a Chemical Operator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment such as reactors, filters, pumps, and pressure vessels. Adjust control settings to maintain product quality and yields. Record data related to processing conditions and test results. Perform quality control tests and draw product samples as needed. Respond to equipment malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting with technical staff. Start and regulate pumps for washing, rinsing, and transporting materials. Load and unload raw materials and finished goods into and out of processing equipment. Maintain and inspect operating units to ensure efficiency and safety. Assist in developing standard operating procedures and process improvements. Follow all safety protocols, especially during emergency situations.

Position Requirements:

Valid driver's license required. Ability to operate a forklift. Mechanically inclined and safety-conscious. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Comfortable working rotating shifts including nights and extended hours if needed.
