Information Technology (IT) Support Technician - Level I This position supports Mission Healthcare's Arizona locations: Tempe, Phoenix, & Scottsdale Compensation band: $ 21.25 to $ 26.44 per hour The IT Support Technician will provide technical assistance and answers to all users' questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with computer hardware, software and/or other IT related issues. Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding technical support to our clients, as well as developing effective procedures, implementing new customer happiness programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals.Job Duties:
Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals. Assist with the setup and deployment of new workstations and IT equipment. Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems to ensure optimal performance. Document and track support requests and resolutions using the company's ticketing system. Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems. Provide training and support to employees on the use of various software applications and tools. Assist with the management of user accounts and access permissions.Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or any related field preferred. 1+ years of progressive IT experience required. Strong communication skills, particularly in the ability to lead training and to conduct meetings. Ability to remain positive and resilient while working under pressure and against deadlines. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
