Automation Technician Keathley Patterson Electric Conway, AR 72035 This role provides on site technical support and service within the state of Arkansas. Monday through Friday, normally within 8-5 working hours.

Duties:

• Provide field service support for industrial equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC configuration issues on-site
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on-site
• Install, configure, and test new equipment and systems
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical assistance
• Business development, promote sales of services portfolio
• Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree or Trade Certification
• OR•previous experience in industrial maintenance or a related field•Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components•Familiarity with logic controllers, distributed control systems, and high voltage equipment•Rockwell/AB experience a plus (RSLogix 500/5000,Studio 5000,View Studio,Motion)•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically•Customer service-oriented with good communication skills•Ability to work independently and in a team environment•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
