Key Requirements:

Enterprise Expertise:

Strong experience supporting Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama in a large enterprise environment.

Communication:

Clear and effective communication skills are essential.

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years in a hands-on firewall support/breakfix role.

Technical Evaluation:

Candidates must complete a technical interview.

Work Ethic:

Fast-paced environment seeking a self-motivated, quick worker.

On-Call Availability:

Must be able to participate in on-call rotations.

Change Control Compliance:

Familiarity with enterprise change management processes.

Licensing:

After converting to FTE, candidates must apply for and obtain all required gaming licenses.

Location Requirement:

This role starts remotely but requires Las Vegas, NV residency , as return-to-office is being planned. Candidates would have to complete this skill test below.
