Job Description:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Journeyman to join our team. As a Journeyman, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced electricians, gain valuable hands-on experience, and contribute to various electrical projects in the Niwot and Boulder County area. If you are motivated, organized and share the same passion for customer satisfaction we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist licensed electricians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. Learn and apply the National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations and safety procedures to ensure compliance and safe work practices. Work closely with the team to troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions. Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and responsibly. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work as a lead with an apprentice

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Electrical experience:

Minimum of 2 years as a Journeyman Electrician (Preferred) Basic knowledge of electrical concepts and principles is a plus. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from experienced professionals in a fast paced environment Ability to follow instructions and work well with others in a small collaborative team environment Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely handle and maintain basic hand and power tools used for installation
