Operations 4 - Production - Tech Lead 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Livermore, CA 94551 Objective of Job Technical leadership and guidance of operational employees in production in coordination with the disciplinary manager. Support the supervisor in order to guarantee the material process flow meets customer requirements and internal business targets. Principle Activities Coordinate employees and machine usage to provide stable efficiency and productivity for defined area. Provide recommendations to Supervisor regarding disciplinary actions, associate development, including cross-training, time-off/PTO and schedule changes to assure daily production quotas. Supports Company policies and procedures and ensures they are followed. Identity quality issues and troubleshoot to resolution with production team. Adjust labor to increase efficiency based on customer demand and inventory. Proper communication in pre-shift and end-of-shift, including accurate documentation. Ensure hourly production targets are met for assigned line/area. Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience. Manufacturing Experience 2-3 years. Train the Trainer, Preferred. ISO Audit Knowledge a plus. This position is for graveyard shift, pay range: $33.75 - $35.75
