Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to drive resolution and prioritize multiple tasks. Proven ability to effectively work in a detailed, fact based environment. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and recommends action plans Resolve employee relation issues, which include coaching and counseling staff and management, guiding disciplinary action, and handling employee complaints Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation ensuring consistent application of policy. Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding a wide variety of issues (FMLA, benefits, safety, unfair treatment, performance, personal issues, pay, company policies, worker compensation etc.) Effectively communicate in a professional manner via formal written and verbal means to all levels of management. Make recommendations to improve operational efficiency Customer focused with the ability to function with a high sense of urgency. Independent problem solving analysis and decision-making skills Great attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures Proficient knowledge of relevant computer programs such as MS office Confidence to make decisions and a strong commitment to team success Possess a high level of professionalism Must be punctual and dependable Experience Minimum HS diploma or equivalent Must have 3+ years in successful recruiting, on-boarding strategies. Must have 3 years prior experience as a Human Resource Generalist Experience recruiting in the ARM (Account Receivables Management) Industry is a plus.
