$50.00 to $70.00 per hourSCHEDULE
Full-Time Core hours 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (flexible start time) Temporary-to-Hire (4-6 month duration)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and administration of the Workday platform, especially within the Finance module Manage system security, user access, and role-based permissions Collaborate with department leaders to optimize business processes Build and refine reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to meet operational needs Troubleshoot issues and support Workday integrations Maintain system compliance with data privacy and audit standards Act as a liaison between internal teams and external Workday partnersWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems or HRIS administration Minimum 2 years of direct experience with Workday configuration and administration Proficiency with Workday security settings, workflows, and business process setup Experience building custom Workday reports and dashboards Familiarity with Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financial modules Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of cloud-based system architecture Proven ability to collaborate across IT, Finance, and operations teamsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
