As an Apartment Locator & Real Estate Agent , you'll assist renters in finding apartments while also having opportunities to work on buy/sell transactions. This role allows you to maximize your earnings and build a strong client base.
Qualifications:
✔ Active Real Estate License (Required) ✔ Apartment locating OR real estate experience strongly preferred , but not required ✔Sales experience with strong phone and in-person closing skills ✔Excellent verbal & written communication skills ✔ Effective follow-up skills to convert leads into clients ✔ Experience with content creation, social media, and marketing strategies

Responsibilities:
  • Apartment rentals: Assist clients in finding the right apartment and ensure your name is listed as their referral
Lead Conversion:
Promptly connect with warm leads via calls, texts, and emails
Property Matching:
Send curated listings that match client needs & exceed expectations
  • Client Follow-Up:
    Consistently follow up to nurture relationships and close deals
  • Tours & Showings:
    Conduct in-person apartment tours or schedule home showings
  • Commission Processing:
    Submit completed lease referrals for invoicing & commission payment
  • Buy/Sell Opportunities:
    Assist clients with home purchases & sales when applicable
Marketing & Branding:
