The ideal candidate will be responsible for the de-icing and clearing of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties in an efficient manner, promoting job worksite safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibiting pride and quality workmanship. Starting hourly pay is dependent on prior work experience. Responsibilities Diligently use smartphone app to accurately clock in/out and review scheduled route assigned. Safely and efficiently operate snow plow installed on truck and other related equipment to clear snow from designated areas. Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing weather patterns to maintain safe driving conditions. Perform routine maintenance on snow plowing equipment, including checking fluid levels, inspecting blades, and ensuring proper functioning of all mechanical components. Utilize hand tools and power tools for additional snow removal tasks as needed. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team. Perform assigned work with detail, efficiency, a positive attitude, and excellence. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and effective communication during snow events. Report damaged/broken equipment and any damage to client's property. Adhere to the company's employee handbook and procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in snow plowing or related fields is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Ability to work long hours during winter storms, including nights and weekends as required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work. Ability to work independently or as part of a team with varying skill levels. Punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
