We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with SAP experience and the ability to manage high-volume transactions. This role will require processing invoices, handling vendor inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. The ideal candidate will be efficient, organized, and proficient in SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume invoices, payments, and credit memos in SAP Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts for accuracy Resolve payment discrepancies with vendors Assist with monthly and year-end accounts payable reconciliations Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

Qualifications:

Experience:

2-3 years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience, SAP proficiency required

Skills:

Attention to detail, time management, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities

Education:

High School Diploma required; Accounting/Finance degree preferred

Job Type:

$23.86 - $29.00 per hour
