  • $34 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook ERP systems Filing Mid-level SOX Microsoft Office 3 years High school diploma or GED Accounting Computer skills 10 key typing SyteLine Manufacturing Communication skills Full Job Description Job Summary The essential functions of this position include the ongoing review and recommendation of actions required to maintain accurate and timely information concerning A/R, A/P and G/L balances and all support required to provide up-to-date information to management and corporate for operations analysis and financial reporting.
Primary Responsibilities Process high volume vouchering of PO's (3-way match) including intercompany invoices and non-PO (manual coding) Timely resolution of discrepancies between invoices, purchasing, and receiving Timely check run, ACHs, and wires Experience with annual filing of 1099s Perform due diligence on new or changes on vendor information and maintain proper documentation Prepare list of expense accrual at month-end Good verbal and written communication Maintain good relationship with internal and external customers Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Experience with ERP system (preferably SyteLine) Adheres to company policy and SOX A/P control processes Qualifications This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem solving skills and computer proficiency. Education/Previous Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and experience working with integrated business systems (Syteline, etc.).
