• 2024 average bonus ~ $1,400 !! 401K with company match Paid Holiday and PTO programs Job Responsibilities Route Driver duties: Unload, stock, and rotate products at retail customers Drop off and verify deliveries at corporate/foodservice customers Collect and Deposit customer payments Complete Driver Safety Training
• Drive and Operate delivery vehicles safely and courteously Utility duties: Install and remove ice cream freezers at customers' locations using box truck with liftgate General warehouse work Other utility duties as assigned Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Minimum age: 21 years of age Valid Driver's License and good driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day Willingness to work daily routes, including 10-12-hour days Previous route sales or delivery experience preferred Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug test Hershey's Ice Cream Enjoyed by millions since 1894, Hershey's Ice Cream is focused on producing innovative, high-quality products and providing industry leading service.
