Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, text. Educate agents on the market, compliance, and processes. Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale. Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers. Assist potential clients and agents with financial decisions concerning real estate. Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property. Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond.Requirements:
