Full Job Description Role Overview:
Do you enjoy a high energy, fast paced environment? Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Support Specialist 1 to join the team onsite at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.What You'll Do:
manage and maintain personnel files and maintain personnel file tracker; conduct frontline employee orientation and complete onboarding paperwork; schedule new hire pre-employment tests and monitor test results as assigned; lead resource for employee benefits and payroll questions; create and organize employee leave of absence (LOA) files within SodexoFMLA/LOA
guidelines; and engage and provide support with frontline and management staff regarding HR administrative questions, policies, and procedures.What We Offer:

fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Teams) and Smartsheet; able to create and facilitate training utilizing webinars; detail oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities; a minimum of 1 year experience working within Human Resources; and have excellent organization, communication and time management skills.Who We Are:
