) in support of the organization's mission-driven goals. Collaborates with program staff on writing projects, including deliverables, case studies, and blog posts. Develops and writes stories, testimonials, and case studies working with staff or external partners as needed. Works with senior staff to identify and pitch media pieces, such as op-eds, letters to the editor, or blog posts, in support of the organization's community outreach and education strategies. Key Responsibilities 1. Community Outreach/Education Events Develop and implement media strategies to ensure all digital and print materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the organization's initiatives. Oversee digital media display operations at events, ensuring proper equipment setup and seamless execution. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to optimize audio-visual components for fundraising and community events. Lead video production efforts for fundraising events, community gatherings, and awareness campaigns , including live streaming, pre-event promotions, and post-event recaps. Oversee on-site media coverage, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling through interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and event documentation. 2. Stakeholder Communications Create video content that highlights impact , including storytelling videos, thank-you messages, and behind-the-scenes updates. Develop and maintain a content calendar for engagement campaigns to ensure consistent and meaningful communication. Work with internal teams to produce high-quality multimedia presentations for stakeholder cultivation and stewardship activities, grant applications, and pitches. Provide regular updates to stakeholder, community partners and community members through targeted media campaigns showcasing organizational progress, initiatives, and success stories. 3. Media Campaigns Plan and execute multi-channel media campaigns across social media, website, video platforms, podcasts, and other digital outlets. Lead the development of video-driven social media campaigns , ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals. Create and manage a content calendar aligned with key milestones and events, ensuring a consistent and strategic media presence. Plan and execute awareness campaigns featuring testimonials, success stories, and organizational milestones. Oversee video production for PSAs, short documentaries, and promotional materials for digital and broadcast distribution. Manage relationships with external media partners, ensuring press coverage and strategic media placements. Manage an advertising budget to optimize campaign reach, audience engagement, and donor conversions. 5. Website/SM Develop and oversee the organization's website/SM content strategy to ensure alignment with brand messaging, audience needs, and strategic goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all website/SM content reflects current programs, events, and impact stories. Write, edit, and curate compelling web copy, including landing pages, blog posts, news updates, and donor spotlights. Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all website/SM content that aligns with the organization's values and mission. Optimize web content for both SEO and accessibility to increase visibility and user engagement. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance metrics and refine content strategy based on user behavior and engagement trends. Manage updates to the website's media library, ensuring timely uploads of video, photography, and downloadable resources. Coordinate with designers and developers to implement content layout, UX improvements, and visual enhancements. Lead regular audits of website/SM content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and freshness of information. 4. General Community Outreach Collaborate with program teams to produce training videos to be used for paid online learning modules to increase The Center's footprint and add an additional revenue stream. Develop educational and advocacy video content to engage the broader community and promote the organization's mission. Create Compelling community stories and volunteer testimonials. Manage video content for the website, ensuring it remains updated with engaging, mission-driven content . Oversee the production of monthly video newsletters and other digital outreach materials. Innovate new outreach initiatives that leverage video content to engage diverse audiences and expand the organization's reach.
