SUMMARY Can you operate CNC Mills and Lathes and do all the Quality checks to produce precision machined metal parts in automated CNC Machine shop environment. 1st Shift hours: 6:00am -6:00pm (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) work 36 hours, but get paid for 40 hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Read and/or complete machine set-up sheet. Set-up machine to be used for production. Handle quality control details during shift. Acquire parts to be machined (forklift/pallet jack) Read blueprint, job order and tooling instructions for production requirements. Machine parts to required specifications. Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specifications, make adjustments based upon quality data. Move parts to designated areas. Replace worn tooling as needed. Remove and return tooling when job is complete. Suggest machining methods to improve job efficiency. Work within OSHA and ISO standards Follow established safety procedures. Perform daily preventative maintenance and machine cleaning duties. Perform daily housekeeping duties for the building. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; and 2 years of related experience.
