Person Crew Qualifications:

• Work great in small teams
• Great customer relations
• Electrical experience (Must be well versed in NEC codes)
• Some Solar experience required
• Ability to read and implement details from construction documents
• Able to bend EMT conduit: ½" up to 1-¼"
• Able to install conduit: ½" up to 2"
• Hard working
• Good driving record
• Self-Motivation
• Willing to learn
• Willing to work on roofs (not afraid of heights) and in crawl spaces
• Can lift 60+ lbs
• Like growing company excitement
• Want to grow & take on more responsibility
• Will make a one-year commitment
