  • Full-time The Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Systems Administrator II is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and updating the organization's learning and performance management systems including the Cornerstone LMS.
The Systems Administrator will manage data feeds and user accounts, develop and deploy content updates, maintain custom CSS and HTML code, manage multiple releases per year, resolve bugs and identify solutions and opportunities for process improvement. Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job Duties:
Oversee and maintain optimal function of Cornerstone, including installation, customization, development, process improvement, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules. Continuously develop and rigorously follow formal processes for user acceptance testing and deployment. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to Cornerstone users to improve efficiency, grow engagement, and broaden utilization. Consistently review regular system releases and features, conduct testing, make recommendations, manage feedback from multiple sources, and leverage change management skills to deploy updates. Manage security permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings. Serve as primary contact and liaison between L&OD, internal partners (e.g. IT), external vendors, and other stakeholders for system design and projects that intersect with L&OD systems. Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. Manage and support mass data uploads including maintaining the data feed from the HRIS system. Monitor all integrations and processes for errors and deliver timely resolution. Run audits and correct issues, striving for elimination of issue at source rather than relying on back-end corrections. Manage annually required training deployment, reporting, dashboard monitoring, and automated communications. Maintain and grow the CSS, HTML, and JavaScript behind the UI customization. Develop and deliver reports, using the Cornerstone reporting function, for audit requests, training completion requirements, performance process analysis, Kirkpatrick evaluations, and others as needed.
Essential Skills:
Minimum Education :
High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Systems Administrator, Analyst, and/or Training role for a mid to large size organization (1000+ employees). Experience with Cornerstone or similar Learning and/or Performance Management System required. Intermediate skill with HTML and CSS; JavaScript experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage projects in accordance with short-and-long range objectives. Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences Vendor management experience. Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal direction. Demonstrated effective time management skills and the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate knowledge of Excel including use of pivot tables
