This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our applications, particularly those supporting payroll, Medicaid billing, and data exchange processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of our systems, be familiar with Medicaid billing portals, and possess a general IT background with strong communication and problem-solving skills.', '\n

Key Responsibilities:

', '\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues related to payroll, Medicaid billing, and data exchanges (EDI files).', '\nInvestigate, diagnose, and document technical issues, working closely with software engineers, ETL developers, and stakeholders.', '\nCollaborate with the payroll and billing teams to identify and resolve system-related discrepancies.', '\nConfigure and maintain application settings as needed.', '\nParticipate in the development and execution of testing plans for system changes, ensuring quality and accuracy.', '\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status, resolution timelines, and system updates.', '\nAssist with the creation of technical documentation for internal use.', '\n

Required Qualifications:

', '\nGeneral IT background with experience in application support, troubleshooting, and system configuration.', '\nFamiliarity with payroll systems and Medicaid billing portals.', '\nExperience with EDI file handling and processing (a major plus).', '\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to thoroughly investigate issues.', '\nExcellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.', '\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.', '\n

Preferred Qualifications:
