IMS in Manchester, NH welcomes you to become our next Advanced Electronics Solder Specialist for the 2nd shift, complete with training opportunities on the 1st shift and differential pay. Key Objectives Exemplify excellence as you handle lead-free, no-clean solder tasks under meticulous conditions using advanced tools such as microscopes and heat guns. Your day will involve expertly managing Through-hole and Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) components. Reliability in following Visual Aids to achieve outstanding results. Committed to cleanliness and organizational efficiency. Accountable for the quality and precision of your outputs. Role Dynamics Work symbiotically with team members, not managing staff, and complete soldering projects under general oversight.
Error Consequence:
Direct effect on product caliber. What You Bring Specialized soldering training, aligned with IPC-610 quality standards. Ability to instruct peers when necessary. Exercise vast creative freedom and analytical acumen. Experience & Education High School diploma/GED essential. At least 2 years of soldering experience.

Evening shifts during weekdays; occasional weekends.
