K USD Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & HRIS Management Accurately enter and update employee data in HRIS, ensuring all information is up-to-date and aligned with internal policies. Regularly audit and maintain HRIS to ensure data integrity and compliance. Assist with generating reports and data analysis from HRIS as needed. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and training materials are provided. Document Management Maintain and organize employee files, ensuring all documentation is properly filed, secure, and accessible. Ensure all documents are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation and distribution of company agreements for eligible employees. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely distribution of bonuses.
