As a Manufacturing Technician, you will support our production line by conducting routine tasks such as setting up, taking down, cleaning, and maintaining operating equipment. Your role is crucial in ensuring continued production and maintaining the high standards we strive for. Accountabilities Conduct activities and interactions consistent with Company values and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards on time. Report potential issues of non-compliance. Ensure compliance with AZ Corporate Policies and Directives, site Standard Operating Procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices (cGMPs, GAMP, ITIL, PMI). Maintain a safe work environment and perform work in accordance with site Environment, Health and Safety (SHE) policies and procedures. Immediately report potential unsafe conditions to management. Wear appropriate task-based and general PPE. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards and guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practice, and Order Due Date. Support the manufacturing team to achieve operational delivery against defined production and quality targets. Ensure raw materials and products meet the agreed product specification and production schedule. Perform preventive maintenance on small equipment (heat sealer, mixers, conductivity meters, etc.). Provide routine support to the department and other aligned support services to deliver line performance and continuous improvement projects. Assist in setting up and running line equipment in accordance with the agreed settings/parameters. Provide assistance to projects as needed, adhering to timelines to support project managers as necessary. Participate in formal and informal training to meet business needs. Perform other related tasks as assigned by Lead or Manager. The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $58,695 to $88,042. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
