Job Description

Overview Assigns the Passenger Service Representatives (PSR) and Loadmasters daily duties, make regular changes according to operational requirements, notify the appropriate personnel, and coordinate travel plans Responsibilities Ensure safe and reliable execution of the Company's flight operations requirements. Monitor and maximize efficiency of PSR and Loadmaster utilization. Ensures passenger aircraft flights are appropriately staffed with Passengers Service Representative(s). Ensures cargo flights are appropriately staffed with Loadmaster(s), as applicable. Collaborate with vendors' management to ensure proper staff (contracts employees) coverage for all flights. Enters the appropriate names and payloads in the AIMS system. Coordinates travel and transportation when required using the travel agency system. Tracks and submit biweekly the payroll for Passenger Service Representatives and the Loadmasters. Ensures the Passenger Service Representatives and Loadmasters monthly expense reports are submitted, accurate and forwarded to HDQ. Build a working relationship and coordination with the
GCC, HDQ
Coordinators, Loadmasters, Special Loads and Training teams. May participate in projects as required Qualifications High School degree required, college degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience with aviation operations, scheduling, dispatch, transportation or logistics sectors. Aviation / airline experience is a plus.
Skills:
Ability to work effectively with other internal and external stakeholders. Must possess personal integrity and administrative skills to handle changing regulations and requirements. Must be well organized and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Must demonstrate the desire and the ability to work in a collaborative team based, fast paced, high stress environment. Shift work and weekend coverage may be required Willingness to work varied hours and holidays
Salary Range:
