Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Contact customers to collect past due balances Accurately post customer payments Monitor assigned accounts for payment problems Work with sales, billing, and pricing department to resolve customer payment discrepancies Convert select customer remittances to Excel and create reports as needed Assist others as needed in the Accounts Receivable Department Desired Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma Required Associates Degree in Accounting or working towards degree. Intermediate MS Excel skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environment processing high volume of invoices Salary Information Start salary at $22 per hour.
